GBF Tracking System

GBF

The GBF Tracking System is a highly configurable geolocation module that has a long battery life and is designed to adapt to your needs in various ways: security, monitoring, protection, recreation, and so on. The GBF Tracking System’s performance was engineered in order to maximum its autonomy, allowing it to remain dormant for several months while waiting for new activity.

A motion detection system

Thanks to its accelerometer / inclinometer, the GBF Tracking System can detect motion or if an object is at rest, as well as regulate these actions. The inclinometer function can also detect a shift in verticality and send out a warning.

Areas definitions

The GBF Tracking System has a memory that allows you to define geographical areas (geofences). The GBF Tracking System can detect when it enters or exits these defined areas without having to communicate with a server. These geofences can be circular, polygonal or in the shape of corridors.

Notifications by SMS

It is possible to interact with the GBF Tracking System via a text message. It can also warn /alert you about various things via text message.

Reduced communication costs using GPRS

The GBF Tracking System was designed in such a way as to keep communication between it and the server costs to a minimum. Based on UDP / IP, the amount of information transferred is kept to a minimum.

Modular

The GBF Tracking System is reconfigurable for use in Java. It is possible to modify its basic behavior by sending it a custom Java bytecode.
